Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped:

• The package is covered by the default insurance provided by the shipping carrier.
  
• Responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
  
• Customers will receive tracking information when available.
  

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers should contact us so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
